The client purchased a suite in Midtown Toronto, his taste is modern, but he loves some rustic elements, like brick and natural stone, slate, marble and concrete. He loves monochromatic spaces and wishes to focus on texture and architectural details, using colour only as an accent.

In this renovation,  it apply curve shape design for the ceiling, which looks unique and shows the details clearly. The living room uses fair-faced concrete as a feature wall, mixed with wooden panelling and creates a rich, deep composition. For the den design, floor-to-ceiling open and closed storage for books and valuables can create visual interest. The ensuite use white and black marble tiles, which can provide strong contrast and looks elegant.
